Founders is a startup that nurtures and supports women entrepreneurs. It is a venture formed to help housewives who understand entrepreneurship and make products from home. It is also noteworthy that this venture was started by four women who are running different ventures on a socio-political battleground.
All the products and services of women entrepreneurs and the activities related to them are being brought together under one umbrella. From homemade products to digital marketing, Founders is becoming a practical support system for women who want to turn home-based skill into income.

The Founders collective helps entrepreneurs by providing the necessary inspiration, encouragement, a network of corporate institutions, intellectual support, financial assistance, technical assistance, and finding a market for the products.
This includes everything from homemade products to digital marketing. Founders is a collective of ventures and products, including homemade items prepared by women entrepreneurs with more love for cooking. Also, all kinds of encouragement and advice are available from this collective for those who wish to start new ventures.

Founders, which started ventures through an online network, also conducted a trade fair including the ventures they took on. Founders is an asset for housewives who sell products through Facebook and WhatsApp groups.
The fair aimed to provide an opportunity for direct marketing beyond online sales. It provided an opportunity for those who do not know how to use online systems and those who only do business from home to find a market for their products and introduce them.
📍 Fair location: About twenty women entrepreneurs participated in the fair held in Pullepady, Ernakulam, presenting different products and services.
Traditional snacks and dishes were all prepared at the fair.
Homemade cakes, chocolates, pickles, and puddings.

Along with the main organizers Mina, Nafeesa, Shamna, and Shamim, the Founders collective is a support for women entrepreneurs throughout Kerala.
They started such a venture with the aim of supporting women as part of post-flood survival. The Founders team has decided to organize more extensive programs in the coming years by including more women.
This collective, which is leaping forward as a boost to women’s empowerment, enables women to start ventures, find a good income through it, thereby achieve financial self-sufficiency, and stand on their own feet. Through this, women are able to support their own families and at the same time become an asset to society through this venture.
The Founders team is now trying to get the products of these women entrepreneurs onto Amazon.

The collective is a gathering of Aranmula Khadi mundus, sarees, and clothes with 12 and 20 counts. Many people are still not sufficiently familiar with the centuries-old and sacred Khadi. It is also not readily available.
Seeing this as an opportunity, this collective is being set up in a house opposite the CUSAT campus in Kalamassery. Silk sarees and cotton sarees from Banaras are also available here. Likewise, there are also matching ornaments available.
There are many beautiful and lovely products here. Located right next to the metro that is changing the face of Kochi, this collective stands out with its Keralan identity, offering various types of Khadi garments under the brand ‘Kairali’.
